JOHN CUMMINGS

John Cummings, 57, Wheeling, Ill., formerly of Neillsville, Clark County, died July 7, 1989. Funeral services were held Monday, July 10, 1989, at Gesche Funeral Home, Neillsville. Father Joseph Henseler officiated the services and burial took place in St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery.

John Cummings was born May 28, 1932, in Neillsville to James and Agnes Belle Cummings. On May 22, 1954, he married Verna Michalak, in City Point. He servied in the Navy.

Survivors include his wife, one son, Michael J. Cummings, Wheeling, Ill. four sisters, Mrs. Harold (Agnes) Stephens, Merrillan Mrs. Joseph (Jo Ann) Rusinke, Warrens Mrs. Robert (Mary) Palubicki, Cataract Mrs. John (Nancy) Kelley, Friendship four brothers, James, Alma Center Donald, Arlington Heights, Ill. Allen, Sun Prairie and Thomas, Humbird.

Preceding him in death were his parents and two brothers, William and Robert.

Gesche Funeral Home, Inc., handled the arrangements.
